Reap What You Sow

In our modern society we rarely experience our life in the present moment, we get pulled into fantasying about the future or reminiscing what happened yesterday and because of this we neglect the now.
This present moment is all that matters, it is where all action takes place.
There is nothing to be found in yesterday other than our experience that we should shape into wisdom, once the current moment has passed we can never get it back.
When we live in the now, the future and past rarely matter, because we obtain the spirt of gratitude and appreciation. Learn to accept where you are today instead of running to far ahead or living where nothing can be changed.
We can’t change our past, but we can certainly shape our future by how we choose to live in the now.
Our past holds life lessons, not life sentences, we have the power of choice to be a victim or survivor. Nothing has any hold on you other than what you allow. Always take accountability for your life, because you only reap what you sow.
Love & Light,
Aston
