Since being on the path of internal development and higher learning, it goes without saying there is a lot I can talk about, and this is one of the many reasons I love to write and journal.

I have been writing and sharing my affirmations for just over 5 years, one of the many reasons why I continue to write and share more now than ever, is because of the encouragement I get from others who tell me they look forward to reading my words.

The topic for me to do a podcast has come up on a number of occasions, as people have often said they would love me to take up this idea, but I never felt it was something I was confident to do, or could commit towards.

It’s not so much the talking that prevented me, as after all I was a radio presenter for many years so that isn’t the challenge, but more so what topics I would talk about because spiritually can be such a deep and personal subject, and so I never want to come across as someone who holds all the answers.

However since my time as a Buddhist Monk I have spoken to many people who are trying to navigate their internal self which can be a overwhelming battle at times to say the least. I’ve discovered very often those who are on this journey don’t really know where to turn, and so I felt it was time to create this space for those who feel drawn to connect and be reminded that they are not going crazy, and there too people out there on a similar journey.

NOW WHAT! Is about delving into the different levels of our internal transformations, as we reach new heights on this journey all the time and very often it can leave us feeling stuck, lost and overwhelmed.

I want to share my own personal experience and knowledge of how to cultivate balance within, and how to remain centred, despite what chaos is happening around us.

And so I welcome you on joining me on this journey of higher learning and self mastery.
