THE JOURNEY

A healthy mind is the essence to living a peaceful and balanced life.
Many of us build our lives around external factors hoping that one day these things will bring us abundance and joy, but quite often it delivers the complete opposite.
We are often perfect the way we are however in a world full of so much noise and distractions, we get pulled into external chaos being the cause to immense suffering and resulting to burnout. When we are able to listen to our inner self we begin to find a clear sense of clarity and start excepting things for what they are, rather than a need to force and resist.

If we want to cultivate balance into ourselves and find peace then we must invest in ourselves first and foremost, I don’t mean externally but internally. How we take care of our internal world becomes the cause and effect to our physical and mental health.
I speak from experience after living a life chasing an endless rat race I discovered that I was always trying to keep up, I was always running and never arriving, then after reaching extreme burnout to the point I could not recover from, after 5 years of inner discovery I decided to go and ordain as a Buddhist Monk in Thailand to learn how to be still, mindful and present with myself.
This became the making of me, I got the opportunity to experience and explore how the mind works, living up in the mountain of Chiang Mai where I was secluded away from the worldly noise and distractions simply being amongst wildlife in the secluded Forrest.
Here was where I gained clarity and was able to discover the root causes to why so many of us become consumed and get lost in life, and it is because we never really come back home within ourselves, many people are always looking outwardly and when we continue to do this we are not able to understand what is going on internally.

THIS IS MY STORY
A journey to happiness, a road to contentment, the path to inner peace.
