New Beginnings

It is time to finally exhale the past and reminisce without too many dark thoughts because the month of January is filled with hope and new beginnings.

The sheer magnitude of strength and effort required just to get through a day must never be underestimated, nor taken lightly because life is hard and always filled with challenges of one sort or another.

Certain chapters strengthened you, others softened and taught you many valuable lessons. No experience was ever wasted because everyone involved played a vital role at that particular moment in time.

There is nothing to be gained by opening up old wounds because they belong in the past.

We have much to do and even more to learn and experience by remaining strong, stoic and resolute in our determination to survive whatever tests our resolve next.

Life is not a competition and you are not in a race. It's time for you to become more present in the moment and to fly as free as a bird.
