A healthy mind is the essence to living a happy life.
Many of us build our lives around external factors hoping that one day these things will bring us abundance and joy, but quite often it delivers the complete opposite.
My journey before Holistic work and coaching was like many others in the modern world today, I was living life in the fast lane or what I often like to call the never ending rat race. I was always searching for something that I would later discover didn’t even exist. After years spent on the hamster wheeler chasing a career as a DJ, all I ever found was temporary fulfilment mixed with chaos and rowdy entertainment, there was never any real happiness or peace.
I had spent many years of my early life feeling detached from my surroundings yet never really understood why, it was like I was always watching my life from the outside looking in. I was forever on a quest in search of peace and happiness but looking for it in all the wrong places amongst people who were always running yet never arriving.
It wasn’t until having complete burnout through surviving traumatic events from child sexual abuse, toxic relationships and a house fire that my experiences would become the making of me. I was able to get in tune with my internal self which enabled me to detached externally where I started to implementing strong boundaries and staying away from the endless toxic drama that many choose to be consumed by.
Once we start listening to our inner self we will begin to find a clear sense of clarity and start excepting things for what they really are rather than forcing them to be. When we neglect our inner self this has a huge effect on our physical body. We are all energy workers and the common problem we face with our health is we go to the doctor hoping to be fixed when in reality a doctor will only treat our symptoms, so this leaves the root cause rarely ever being treated.
In our modern day society there is an endless need and demand, many people never really switch off from this constant cycle, this creates a build up of tension, and very often it is brought on from subconscious stress and past trauma. In order to avoid this from occurring we have to unwind and clear the mind, or in ‘’Buddhism’’ shower the mind, think about it! We will clean our home, physical body but how often do we clean our mind? and to do this we have to focus on doing inner work and not distraction.

The word spiritual in the west is often glamorised as people often think having holistic treatments, a few crystals or by reading books they have an understanding, but often they will only have the knowledge and not the deep understanding of what spiritual life comes with, it does not mean an easy life. When we do the real inner work it can become a very painful process, not only do we battle loosing old parts of who we thought we were but we also lose and detach from the things and people around us, our external world often gets even more challenging due to our inner growth.
Whether you're trying to navigating throw spiritual growth, or overcome past trauma, my work is to help individuals navigate through the difficult crossroads that spiritual development comes with, whatever the challenges you might be facing, my role is to help you discover your inner peace so you can find and restore balance to you life.
